Video Diary Cutted Into Sections
I have edited the video diaries by cutting them down in to shorter little clips, the reason for this is because if I had them all together as one whole video footage it would all together, would have been at least 30 minutes or maybe longer, if someone was going to watch the video diary as a whole, 30 minutes long video diary would cause two problems.
One would be that due to the the duration time the video would keep on buffering as it is such a bug file and take up a lot of the viewers time, secondly watching a 30 minute video diary would be very boring for the viewers, so what I have done is taken out the main parts out of the video and made smaller video clips under different sections, this makes it easier for the viewer to understand what is going on and most importantly understand the different scenes in our film.

Lesson Learnt
This video is our first draft of the film, after shooting we edited it as you can see in he video, basically we thought that if we record our film during night fall it would look better and also set the scene and be more interested as it is in the dark and a murder is going on and would set a good scene, unfortunately whilst recording we though it was good, but seeing the whole video put together we saw that the viewers will be unable to see anything which is a problem, if we needed to record when day is going and night is falling we would need backing light, which none of us have got so we decided to record during the day. The video above is basically the evidence of the video and will show what I have just explained.

Posters Response
I showed Blawal and Curtis the posters and they liked them a lot, they suggested that the poster with the red writing looks better than the blue writing one, as out film includes blood, they said that the red writing emphasises on the blood and related tothe film.
Now what will happen is I will take a picture or they will take a picture of themselves send it to me and I will create a poster which has all three of us on it. The reason for this is that when you look at posters of films such as Fast and Furious 4, Rush Hour 3, Salt or any other posters,one thing which is in common is that there is a image of all the main characters on the poster, so as three of us are the main characters I want to add a photo of all of us and also this will show our viewers who is part of FUGATIVE PRODUCTIONS.

POSTERS!
I have just created a poster for our short film Walk In The Park, at the moment this is not the finalised poster, as I have not yet shown it to my team members (Curtis & Blawal), so tomorrow in school, I will show them, get feedback on it then go from their, I still have another idea which is to create a poster with all three of us on the poster but I need to take a picture in school, so hopefully tomorrow we will get togother and get some more ideas down.
These two posters are exactly the same but have different text colour for the film title name, so I am confused about which one stands out more, like I said I will talk to my team members tomorrow.
I started of with this orginal picture, which was taken by my brother of me by a digital camera the same one which is under my prop section.
After transferring it onto the computer I started editing it this is the first step which i took, as i didnt want that ugly background on it, so I cut myself out.
After i cut myself out I began to edit it and the first thing which came to my mind was blood, after alot of testing with the edit techniques I managed to come up with this image below.
Once the blood had been added i thought even with text it would still look abit plane so the black patterns i thought filled in the empitness in the background and made it stand out more.
After playing around with the text and colours and also all the HARD WORK, of editing and making mistakes then correcting them, this is the end outcome, the reason I have two final drafts because whilst editing I turned the text blue which I thought looked pretty catchy, but like I said I will talk to my goup members and see their response and well go from there. HOPE YOU LIKE THEM.

Editing Update
To I uploaded the footage which we recorded yesterday, the part where curtis gets beaten up, too funny, i have not yet fully completed the editing as we had to sort out the clips and see which ones were the ones we were going to use and which ones were for the blog and outakes, we have started working on the footage as the previous footage which we recorded before these scenes is all edited and ready to go, all we need to do now is edit this part then go out record the final part then once again edit that footage then the film is complete.
So hopefully soon the finished and completed film "Walk In The Park" will be completed.

Nearly There
Today we went out to record our middle part of the film but if you put the film togother its the first part, you will undestand when you see the film, but out of all the days we have been out recording I reckon filming today was the funniest and most enjoyable recording day so far, this was because we used the blood today like i mentioned in the previous post, curtis gets beaten up by the baseball bat, so to make it relaistic we have added blood, so basically we recorded curtis getting beaten up by me with a baseball bat, I got to throw him or LAUNCH him into a bush was hilarious, you will see in our video diary or outakes need to sort out what footage goes where when we upload the footage, but yeah today was really fun had a great laugh.
Tomorrow I will go into school got media, so we will start log transferring the footage edit it also get the video diary on there aswell, so overall progress we are nearly there, nearly finished just have one more scene left to record edit that, get Mr. Titheridge to go over the film and give us feedback then if we need to improve well let you know other wise well post the final film once it has been editied and confirmed that we will get a B and thats it, done and dusted.

Editing Footage Again
Today we sat down and actual edited the footage which uploaded yesterday, we managed to cut out the bits which we didnt need so that there was a continuity element to the footage as we dont want delays in our film for example if i run out of the shooting screen you want it to cut to where I am next instantly instead of seeing me running left out of the screen then a delay cut to my next shot, so we spent quite alot of time editing, going through the scenes one by one to make sure the ones which we want to keep in the video and rest were moved out to make a outakes video as we want you to witness our failures aswell as we are not all perfect and get things correct first time and also we are truthful, also after editing each scene carefully and one by one we checked if the scenes are put togother correctly and that there are no gaps inbetween the scenes so you wount get a flick in the actaul video as this would get a negative mark on the professional prospective.
At the end of the lesson we had completed the editing and put the all the secenes togother from the start where curtis gets his car keys stolen to the end for not which is not the actual end where curtis catches up with me and ..... If I tell you the whole story now it will be boring I will tell you what happens next when we are out recording, but editing for now is done we showed Mrs. Oddy to get a feedback on our work so far she said it is looking good, the camera angles are good and work really well with the video, this motivated us to keep working on, but we will do furhter work when we are out recording so update you later.

Uploading footage again
Just to let you know I was correct last night I thought I had media first lesson well I do, but anyways today we uploaded the recorded footage from yesterday and due to it being pretty long, it took us 45 mins and our lesson is for 1 hour, the laptop froze twice because if you remember I posted about the 8hr long footage of the sky, well it was still in the camera I thought I had delted it but I forgot that I copied the footage into the SD Card yes again I am very clever but not to worry we uploaded the footage at the end and will start editing it soon.

RECORDING
Yes, what a wonderful sunny day it was today, trust me it was very nice clear blue sky aswell and yes we did go out today to record no excuses this time, Curtis, Bilal and I made our way to our shooting location in windsor to record our middle part of our film, we were out recording the part were I began to ran away from curtis once I have stoolen his keys and he is running after me, due it being a action/horror to make it more interesting we decided that we will use loads of different types of shots and quick cuts to emphasise on the action which is going on. When we got to our location problems struck, no this is not another excuse to not to record and just go home, the problem was that we were going to reshoot the chase through the car park again with more of a variety camera angle shots but because like i said it was a BEUTIFUL day, loads of people had come to Windsor as it is a tourist attraction, so the car park was literally full, so we acted like mature men and decided to leave this part for now and record the next part, which was where I run out of the car park to get away from Curtis (victim).
Recording 2 weeks ago we learnt alot about how because we are in a park type area, or open area there are not that many obsticles which will get on out war apart forom some stairs, benchs and trees or the tunnel, so everything will be on flat ground which will make the video boring for the viewers uless we have loads of camera shots varietys, so we out looking and deciding which direction I could run in with Curtis following me so we can place the camera in different andgle and places so it would look good, after thinking we decided to change the location abit but only across the bridge to an area where we had a good idea of how to record our video, this will be shown in our outakes as we made not one or two but many, loads of mistakes.
Overall today was a good day got a lot of recording done, got media first lesson tomorrow I think, I would check but my timetable is upstairs so we will start editing what we recorded today and put it togother with our other footage to see how it turns out.

Walk In The Park Costumes & Props
We didn’t haven’t to think too hard about what types of clothes our actors would wear in this case Curtis Odoi (the victim), Blawal Butt (the attackers partner) and myself (the attacker).
Curtis is the guy who gets attacked so we had to made him look like a casual simple helpless guy, so we decided to dress him up casually so we thought about the light blue jeans, plain white top and a black jacket, with some trainers or formal shoes that was his choice, also the reasons why we chose the light colours for him was because we want to make sure the scene where he gets beaten up with a baseball realistic so blood will be involved, so with him wearing light colours the blood will stand out more where as if he was wearing dark colours.
This is the camera which was used and we will keep on using to record our footage as you can see it is also HD no wait sorry “FULL HD” ;) which is to our advantage as we will have a better quality video (HOPE SO!)
As you can see above I have an image of a tripod, basically this in simple words will help us record steady shots and make the final footage look more professional instead of the viewers seeing a wobbly image, as SOME PEOPLE can not record steady footage with their hands.
This USB was used to transfer the recorded footage into the Macs, I will upload a picture of the Mac once I have taken one, so we can edit the footage using the same programmes as last year Final Cut Express also for the credits and lettering we will use just like last year Live Type. Without this USB we are basically in trouble as we won’t be able to produce any hard copy evidence or a final draft of WALK IN THE PARK so need to keep this safe.
Here is an image bat which we will use to beat up the victim (Curtis Odoi), unfortunately for the ball it will not be starred in our actual video, but whenever we go recording I will take it to play some baseball, have some fun as well as we do work very hard and need to refresh our minds, remember the fresher the mind the better and the more creative your mind flows and progress accelerates.
This is the exact camera which I have got but this image is off google images, I will use this camera to take pictures of the location where we will be recording and other images as you can see I have already taken some like the props and costumes.
Here is an image of the FAKE blood bottle; this prop will help us to add realism to the scene where curtis gets beaten up. Because he will get beaten up by a bat obviously if this happened in real life a person would get bruised or begin to bleed so we decided to get fake blood so when he gets hit by the bat blood will start to appear on his face adding realism.
Here are two pictures of the BMW 6 Series which is also in our film and the image below shows the car keys which I snatch of Curtis while he is trying to get into the car (My Car).

Animation Inspiration
As you already know we want to do an animation film about street racing, the film, which inspired us to take this project, was fast and furious 4. The reason why we liked this film was mainly one because of the cars but also because of the story line. I have a keen interest in cars as I love to race especially with customised cars with turbo charges here are some of the cars which are in the film and I like, in the future I hope to do a project on a Nissan Skyline GTR R34. 
Here is an example of a customised Nissan Skyline GTR R34, I hope after my project is completed my car will end up looking like this but obvious much better as I will focus more on the power underneath the bonnet.
